Safety & trust
What makes a robot safe to have in your home or your shop, written the way we would want it written for us.
It stops when you say stop
A physical button on the robot and a Stop control in the app, both of which halt it immediately. Nothing about the job is more important than that.
A person can always take over
Most of the fleet can be handed to a human remote operator when a job needs judgement a robot should not make alone. Our operations team watches every active booking.
Sensors are for the job, and nothing else
Cameras and sensors run navigation, safety and the task in front of them. Footage is never used for marketing, never sold, and kept only as long as safety, support and billing need it.
A real person follows up
Report anything through Support in the app or the support page. Every report is read and answered — the robot’s own record of the booking is what we use to work out what happened.
Every robot has an emergency stop
It is a physical button on the robot itself, reachable without bending down or opening anything, and it is mirrored by a Stop control in the app. Either one cuts motion at once. You never need to talk to anyone first, and you never need a reason.
Robots move deliberately, keep their distance from people, pets and obstacles, and refuse jobs outside their stated weight, terrain and tool limits — a robot that cannot lift 30 kg will not try.
What we do
- State every limitation on the robot's own page, before you book rather than after.
- Say up front when a model needs someone on site while it works.
- Enforce weight, terrain and tool limits automatically, not by trusting the job description.
- Watch active bookings, and reassign a different unit or send support when something is not right.
- Show you the consequence — a fee, a price change, an equivalent robot — before you confirm anything.
What we ask of you
- Give the robot clear, unobstructed access to where it needs to work.
- Keep pets and children away from it while it is working, especially on jobs using tools.
- Stay on site if the robot's profile says supervision is required.
- Use the stop button and tell us straight away if anything seems wrong.
What is not in place yet
Botler is a working product on a simulated fleet. There are no safety certifications, regulatory approvals, insurance arrangements or manufacturer partnerships behind it, and we will not imply otherwise. The robots, prices, availability and service areas you see are illustrative, and the demo is the honest way to judge whether the product does what it says.
